Vermont will celebrate international francophonie day on March 28th with a flag-raising at the Winooski School District Performing Arts Center. The event is hosted by Winooski mayor Kristine Lott. Representatives from Vermont, Canada, and France will be in attendance.
The public is invited to attend this free event.
